Our founder is a licensed CPA and QuickBooks ProAdvisor with over seven years of accounting experience across public accounting, corporate finance, and ERP consulting. That background includes financial reporting for large multinational organizations and hands-on bookkeeping at a Miami-based public accounting firm: the kind of experience most bookkeepers simply don't have.

Most bookkeeping services are built and priced for small businesses with employees, inventory, and complexity. If you're a freelancer or independent professional, you don't need any of that. You need clean books, accurate reports, and a file your CPA can actually use at tax time, starting at $250 a month.

We work exclusively with freelancers, consultants, and self-employed professionals. Every engagement is handled personally and entirely in-house. Your books are never outsourced, your financial data never leaves our hands, and you always have a direct line to the person actually doing your work. No call centers, no offshore contractors, no surprises.
